Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy - All appointments require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date and time - Remaining balance is due at the completion of services - A signed service agreement is required for all bookings - Consultations are recommended for first-time clients and required for bridal services Cancellation Policy - Cancellations made 48+ hours before appointment: deposit can be transferred to a future booking within 60 days - Cancellations made 24-48 hours before appointment: 50% of total service fee charged - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before appointment: 100% of service fee charged - No-shows will be charged 100% of service fee and may be required to pre-pay in full for future appointments Rescheduling Policy - Rescheduling requests made 72+ hours before appointment: no additional fee - Rescheduling requests made 48-72 hours before appointment: $25 rescheduling fee - Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before appointment: 30% rescheduling fee - Limit of two reschedules per booking - All reschedules subject to availability Late Arrival Policy - Please be ready at your scheduled appointment time - Late starts up to 15 minutes: service time may be shortened to accommodate next client - Late starts beyond 15 minutes: may be considered a cancellation at artist's discretion - Full service fees apply regardless of shortened service time Health and Hygiene - All tools and products are sanitized between clients following professional standards - Services cannot be provided to clients with contagious skin conditions - Please disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions prior to your appointment Payment Methods - We accept cash and credit/debit cards - Custom quotes and payment plans available for large parties or events - Additional fees may apply for after-hours appointments, holidays, or extensive travel
